The Fil plugin for Claude Code
Install Fil's plugin in Claude Code or the Claude desktop app to work on your canvas and use Fil's skills, from landing pages to HTML Demo and HTML Reel.
Fil's plugin puts Fil in Claude Code in one install: its MCP server, so Claude works on your canvas live, and Fil's skills for landing pages, story videos, social posts, HTML demos and reels. It works in the terminal and in the Code tab of the Claude desktop app.
Install the plugin
- In Claude Code, add Fil's marketplace and install the plugin:
/plugin marketplace add https://github.com/MengTo/fil-plugins
/plugin install fil@fil- Run /mcp, pick fil and sign in. Fil opens in your browser to ask for access. Check it's Claude Code, pick a daily cap on the credits it can spend, and allow it.
- Ask in plain words, or start with /fil:setup, which finds or makes a canvas and gives you its link.
From a shell, the same is claude plugin marketplace add https://github.com/MengTo/fil-plugins and then claude plugin install fil@fil. In the Claude desktop app's Code tab, once the marketplace is added, the plugin is also under + › Add plugins.

Skills start when your ask fits them, or by name, such as /fil:landing-page.
Credits
Runs that make pictures, video, 3D or code spend your Fil credits, as in Fil. Claude prices each run first and tells you, and nothing runs above the price you agree to. The daily cap you picked limits what it can spend in a day; change it under Agents › Keys and limits. See Credits and plans.
Updates
Claude Code doesn't update plugins from other marketplaces by itself. Run /plugin, open Marketplaces and turn on auto-update for fil, or run claude plugin update fil@fil now and then.
