A grayscale depth map of the scene in the reference image, pixel-aligned with it: every shape, edge and position stays exactly where it is in the reference, with nothing added, moved or redrawn. Nearest is pure white and farthest is pure black, with smooth continuous gradients between. The snowy floor at the bottom comes forward, so it is bright and fades smoothly to darker values toward the middle ground. The walkers and wreckage in the middle ground are mid-gray, and the hazy far distance and storm sky are near black.
