Make the reverse shot of this room for the same film scene
Make the reverse shot of this room for the same film scene: the view looking the other way. There are two pictures. One is the room at standing eye level, as the film shows it. The other is the same room seen from the ceiling, a plan: in it the swing hangs at the top, the dressing table stands at the top left, the open arches run down the right side, and the two square floor cushions sit near the bottom. Use the plan only to know where things are. Do not copy its viewpoint: the new shot is at standing eye level. CAMERA MOVE: the camera stands where the swing hangs (the top of the plan), with the swing directly BEHIND it, and looks straight back down the room toward the side the eye-level picture was taken from (the bottom of the plan). The swing, its chains and the chandelier above it are behind the camera, so they do not appear anywhere in the picture. WHAT THAT CHANGES: left and right swap, and near and far swap. The three open arches now run along the LEFT side, the nearest arch at the left edge of the frame, and the midday sun pours in from the left, laying bright patches across the marble floor. The dressing table, its tall arched mirror and the red stool are now on the RIGHT, close to the camera, seen from the side at the right edge of the frame. The large red carpet stretches away from the camera across the middle of the floor. The tall lidded brass urn stands on the left, near the arches, about a third of the way into the room; the low carved dark-wood table with its brass bowl is a little beyond it; the two square tasselled floor cushions lie farther away on the far half of the carpet, the red one on the LEFT and the dark green one on the RIGHT; a red bolster and a green floor cushion lie by the far left corner. What was nearest the original camera is now farthest from this one. The far wall, never seen before, is the room's front wall: the same pale ochre wall with painted red flower panels and the same painted frieze, with a closed carved wooden double door in a cusped arch in its middle and pink-red silk curtains with gold tassel tie-backs at its corners. WHAT MUST STAY THE SAME: the same room, painted by the same artist at the same hour. Every object keeps the shape, size, colours and pattern the eye-level picture shows: the gilded painted dressing table with its arched gold-framed mirror and brass oil-lamp sconces; the red velvet stool with a gold fringe and the brass pot by its leg; the pierced stone lattice panels and arched niches on the dressing-table wall; the cusped arches on carved pillars with the low carved stone balustrade of round flower medallions and cypress trees beyond; the polished white marble floor; the red carpet with a small gold-and-green pattern; the floor cushions, the low table and the brass urn. Keep the bright midday daylight, the warm colours, and the style: a hand-painted background from a 1990s hand-drawn feature-film cel animation, gouache with clean ink outlines. No people, no animals, no text. No swing and no chandelier anywhere in the frame. Do not add any furniture except the door on the newly seen wall.
