The skill

team-photoPuts a team together in one photo from each person's own picture, everyone recognisably themselves, in four settings to choose from. Use for team pages, about pages, press kits, offsites and company announcements.

Read first

Team.md for the team, who's in it, what to wear, the brand colour, the workplace and the feel; every person's photo wired in.

Everyone, exactly

  • Every person from the wired photos, each one once and no one added: their own face, skin tone, hair, glasses, height and build, kept exactly. The picture has exactly as many people as there are photos.
  • Every face clear and lit, eyes open, no one hidden behind another or cut by the frame; each person's hair colour, skin, freckles and glasses exactly as in their photo.
  • Standing left to right in the order of the photos (Person 1 on the left) whenever they stand in a line or a row.
  • One light and one camera for the whole group, so they look photographed together on the same day: the same light direction, colour and grain on every face.
  • Clothes in Team.md's dress code and palette: coordinated, not uniform.
  • Posed like a real photographer would: staggered in depth and height, one leaning or sitting, a hand on a shoulder, turned toward each other; never everyone square in one straight row.
  • No words or logos anywhere: whiteboards, screens, laptops and walls are blank or show simple shapes.

The four (3:2)

  1. Studio: a seamless backdrop in the brand colour, the team staggered in two rows (some standing, some on stools), soft even light, real smiles.
  2. At work: in the workplace from Team.md, standing and leaning naturally among desks or tools, the room softly blurred behind.
  3. Outdoor: a street, rooftop or park at golden hour, walking or standing together, warm light in their hair.
  4. Candid: around a table or whiteboard, laughing and talking, caught between moments, faces still clear.

Avoid

A missing or extra person, faces that drift from their photos, everyone given the same face shape or smile, a stiff line-up, faces lit differently from the rest, and logos or writing of any kind.

What it reads

It was written for Fil’s Team photo workflow, which wires these into every step. Elsewhere, give your agent the same, or let it ask.

Questions

What does the Team photo skill do?

Puts a team together in one photo from each person's own picture, everyone recognisably themselves, in four settings to choose from. Use for team pages, about pages, press kits, offsites and company announcements.

How do I install it in Claude Code?

Download https://fil.design/skills/team-photo.zip and unzip it into ~/.claude/skills, or into a project’s .claude/skills folder, or run the command on this page. Claude Code reads the skill’s description and loads the rest when a request needs it.

Does it work in Codex and other agents?

Yes. Unzip it into ~/.codex/skills for Codex. It’s one SKILL.md file, so any agent that reads skills can use it, and you can paste it into a chat as well.

Do I need Fil to use it?

No. It was written for Fil’s Team photo workflow, which wires in Team.md, Person 1, Person 2, Person 3, Person 4, Person 5 and Person 6: give your agent the same, or let it ask. In Fil, the workflow runs it with the best models and shows the price before anything runs.

Is it free?

Yes. The skill is free to download.
