Reference video + keyframes are attached: use them only for motion, pacing, depth and interaction feel. Concept switch: stiff paper prints become soft woven fabric swatches for a textile studio. Cloth replaces paper, and the swatches fold back into a stack. Single-file HTML with Three.js and a custom Verlet cloth simulation, no physics library. A stack of 8 linen swatches (each a 28×34 particle grid with the proportions of a 30×38 cm swatch) lies on a warm limestone background (#EFEAE3), lit from top-left with soft shadows. Each swatch has its own procedural weave shader (twill, herringbone, gingham, slub linen) in a muted palette: clay, sage, indigo, oat, rust, charcoal. Edges are frayed with alpha noise, and a small woven label in one corner reads "LW-0xx". Interaction: hovering the top swatch lifts its nearest corner. Dragging pins the grabbed particle to the pointer (raycast to the cloth plane), and the cloth drapes and folds under gravity, with stretch, shear and bend constraints and light air drag. Releasing with velocity sends it flying; it flutters, lands with a random rotation and settles flat, with floor collision and friction. Landed swatches overlap in drop order and can be picked up again. Text: logo "Loomwell" top-left (Cormorant Garamond); nav top-right "order samples · our mills · trade"; bottom-left "Lift a swatch off the stack. Toss it, or drag it to your board."; bottom-right a "fold them away" button that sends every swatch back into a neat folded stack over 2 s, staggered. Use fewer particles on mobile. Reduced motion: a click cycles through the swatches. Originality: no paper prints, no stippled-grid artwork, no copy from the reference.
